Object
These Terms govern the access, navigation, and use of the site, including the purchase of products sold by ELAN through the online store. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, with any changes being published on the site.
Recipients
The ELAN online store is intended exclusively for healthcare professionals who are duly qualified to practice in the field of aesthetic medicine. By registering, the user declares, under a solemn pledge, that they perform a professional activity compatible with the products purchased.
Products and orders
All products presented on the site include a detailed description, price, and, when applicable, legal indications. ELAN reserves the right to change the characteristics, prices, and availability of products at any time. The user must register to place an order. After submission, the order will be validated and processed. ELAN may contact the user to confirm data or validate professional qualifications.
Prices and payment
All prices listed on the site are in euros (€) and are subject to VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Available payment methods include:
- Multibanco Reference;
- MB Way;
- Paypal;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- Cash on delivery, at an additional cost.
The order will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
6. Shipping and deliveries
ELAN ships to national territory. Orders will be dispatched within an estimated period of 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, except for stock shortages or other exceptional circumstances. Shipping costs and times will be presented at checkout.
7. Returns and claims
At ELAN, we accept exchanges or returns within 30 calendar days of the order being shipped. In these cases, the customer must contact us via email at elan@elanderma.comexplaining the situation.
The shipping costs for exchanges or returns are €7.50 + VAT.
ELAN is not responsible for inadequate packaging that may cause damage to the products.
8. Responsibilities
ELAN is not liable for:
- Improper or inadequate use of the products by customers;
- Damages caused by shipping, if not reported immediately;
- Temporary interruptions to the site's operation for technical reasons;
- Errors or omissions in the site's content.
All products must be used solely by qualified professionals, in a clinical setting and with proper training.
9. Personal data
Personal data collected during the registration and purchase process is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available on this site. The data is used exclusively for billing, shipping, customer support and, with consent, for sending commercial communications.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, trademarks, design, among others) is the property of ELAN or is duly licensed. Its reproduction, distribution, or improper use is prohibited without express authorization.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the court of Guimarães, waiving any other.
